This website is owned by the Woman Forward Foundation, hereinafter “Woman Forward”, a Spanish organization dedicated to increasing women’s participation in the areas of decision-making in the economic sphere, emphasizing the relationship that this has with defending democratic values and universal human rights such as equality.

Woman Forward can modify the present privacy policies to adapt them to modifications that occur on our website, as well as legislative or jurisprudential modifications on personal data that appear, which requires your reading, every time you provide your data through this website. 1. Incorporation of personal data into the files of Woman Forward.

The contribution of the data is based on the consent of the interested party, being voluntary, specific, unequivocal and informed.

Woman Forward will treat all personal data accessed under the strictest confidentiality, applying the security, technical and organisational measures that correspond according to the applicable law.

Users are informed that no automated decisions will be made or profiles will be developed. In case of a profiling action, the consent will be explicitly requested.

8. How long will we keep your data?

The data collected through the form to become a member will be retained while maintaining the status of associate, provided that its suppression is not requested and/or opposition by the interested party.

The data collected through the form to make a donation will be retained while maintaining the status of donor, provided that no request for deletion and/or opposition by the person concerned.

The data collected through the event form will be retained until the exercise of the rights of suppression and/or opposition by the interested party.

The data collected through the voluntary form will be retained until the end of the activity requested unless the user’s express indication to stay informed about the campaigns and projects of WWF Spain.

The data collected through the form of the NEWSLETTER, and of those forms in which the users have requested the submission of communications, will be retained provided that they do not request its suppression and/or opposition by the interested party.

9. How have we obtained your data?

The data processed by woman forward are those that the user has voluntarily provided to Woman Forward through the completion of the corresponding form.

10. What data category are they dealing with?

The categories of data that are covered are those necessary for the management of each situation or link with Woman Forward: identifying data, personal characteristics, or economic data for the processing of partners and donors.

11. Right to file a claim with the Control authorities.

Interested parties are informed of the possibility to inform the Spanish Data Protection Agency of any impact on the processing of their data. The Spanish Agency for Data Protection has the function of ensuring compliance with legislation and controlling its application.
