The Woman Forward Foundation opens its Fifth Edition of training with the collaboration of the Community of Madrid. Including the participation EY, Garrigues, LLYC, Augere and the head-hunters who have signed the Foundation’s Code of Good Practices.
Its main objective is to train current and future directors in the corporate governance of organizations, in the context of the new humanist capitalism or stake-holder capitalism. These demand new areas of study and new board dynamics in order to promote the sustainable growth of companies and organizations.
A comprehensive program of the fundamental implications and contents of corporate governance on the board, with special attention to stakeholder capitalism and sustainability.
Special attention given to the perspective of the family business and sustainability.
Analysis of the board’s relationship with different stake-holders.
Development of assertiveness to influence board dynamics.
ESG integration in the Board.
Practice of board and business cases in different areas.
Work with headhunters to optimize profiles.
Participation in a mentoring program with experienced board members.
