Ana María Díaz-Oliver Fernández Hijicos has a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Master in Human Resources (ICADE- Madrid); Master´s Degree in Human Resources Management (IE-Madrid) and Master’s Degree in Family Research (Univ. Comillas- Madrid) with a focus on psychological, educational and social perspectives. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies.
Her professional career includes experience in the public and private sector leading analysis, process planning, strategic plans and development of tools to promote corporate changes.
She has been awarded prizes such as the Silver Medal of Honor to Work granted by the President of the Community of Madrid (2012); Award for the Social Work Unit for its support of Social Samur granted by the Madrid City Council. (2015); Honorable Mention Award for Work granted by the Development and Assistance Organization (2016) and the second prize for the best works presented in the 8th Project Management Course of SEDISA (2016).
She participates intensively in associative activities, scientific diffusion, research and training inside and outside her workspace.
