It establishes a roadmap that allows identifying and prioritizing the area from which to start in order to achieve the equality objective that has been set.

It allows to generate value in a transparent and competitive way, without having the risk of not executing the objectives well.
The evaluation is carried out by dumping quantitative data from the workforce in all areas of people management and a questionnaire on the procedures / policies to prepare the photo of the current situation of the company in terms of equality.
The person in charge of the evaluation in the company or the Foundation’s consulting team, after collecting all the information, can expand the answers of the questionnaire with the answers to open questions, which will allow to establish conclusions and proposals for improvement that will be the rationale for the development of the equality plan.
With all the information, steps 1 and 2, the tool generates a report of your company that reflects the exploitation and treatment of the collected data, complemented with situation and comparative graphs and your action plan.
